“Dental Implant fees are a confusing area for patients and often clinics quote a cost on the Internet and when the patient arrives they receive many hidden extras which they were unaware of. Our approach to fees is simplified to our patients and we cost each case based on the level of difficulty , time taken and the most predictable outcomes”. Instead of providing a cost for an implant and crown we provide common scenarios of treatment from the very least costing options to the more involved. We offer a range of implant systems and each have merits for particular clinical situations. We have decided to offer the appropriate implant system for the clinical situation which in turn dictates costs.

Our Professional Fee structure
We will offer very competitive fees and value for your money for the treatment we can provide. We offer patients a choice in the type of dental implant we use and may time to time have to dictate the type of implant needed in a particular case for the best long term outcomes for our patients. Below is a guide to our professional fees only and all written treatment estimates will be provided after a clinical examination and appropriate special tests carried out. We also show typical cases we have performed and the guide to fees for all the necessary elements of treatment required to attain the best possible results.

Simple placement of a single Dental Implant
in the non – aesthetic zones (Upper 4-6 or Lower 4-6)
Treatment Information:
- no extraction involved tooth missing >6 months but less than 2 years
- adequate bone in missing tooth site
- adequate gum architecture in healed missing tooth site
- non smoker with no medical problems
- no temporary tooth during healing phase
- normal term for healing permitted 5-6 months
- no particular aesthetic demands for the final crown

2. (‘i-Smile™ Single’ with Same-day Temporary Teeth)
High aesthetic ‘Ankylos’ Implant and Cosmetic Crown with Gum Contouring
Zones (usually upper 321123 teeth)
Mrs Jones attended with a high smile line and broke one of her upper incisors off at the gum level. She had a high aesthetic demand and needed both a fixed temporary tooth and final ceramic tooth looking as perfect as possible. She would not accept a denture as a temporary solution as her job involved PR and public speaking.
Treatment Information:
- Extract the root and tooth completely and keep the bone intact
- Place an Implant able to be loaded with a temporary tooth immediately
- Place mineral bone to support the gum line and tissue
- Do a gum graft at the same visit
- Place a fixed temporary tooth whilst healing
- Ankylos system dental implant used
- This was an emergency implant placement and we had Mrs Jones restored with a fixed tooth within 24 hours of her initial appointment.
- Surgery was performed in 1 hour planned via 3D CT guided surgery.
